In Year Admissions

We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes families need to find a new school during the academic year. At Halton Lodge Nursery and Primary School, we are proud to offer a caring, inclusive and ambitious learning environment where every child is supported to thrive both academically and personally.

If you are considering a move to Halton Lodge, we would be delighted to discuss your child's needs and show you around our school. We encourage parents and carers to speak with their child's current school before making a decision, particularly if the move is not related to a change of address.

Before withdrawing your child from their current school, it is important to confirm that a place is available at Halton Lodge. Places are offered subject to availability within each year group and in line with our published admission arrangements.

To apply for an in-year place, please contact the school office directly or speak to Halton Borough Council's School Admissions Team on 0151 511 7271 or 0151 511 7338.

Once your application has been received, we will process it as quickly as possible and will notify you of the outcome in writing within 10 school days.
